Bob has been my go-to salesperson since day one, and honestly, it feels more like a family connection than just a customer relationship. Not long ago, I decided to sell my Rolex through Precision Watches, and like many folks thinking about online selling, I felt a bit anxious about the whole thing. But honestly, my worries were for nothing. Sergey Taver made everything super easy and quick. He was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the process. My journey with him kicked off with my first question and a few email chats (including an offer) on a Saturday.
The offer I got was reasonable and better than any others I had seen. I sent the watch off on Monday, got a confirmation of the offer on Tuesday after they checked it out, and the money was in my account the same day. I can’t recommend Sergey Taver enough if you’re thinking about selling. I just wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

The experience I had with the gentleman at Precision was truly the finest I've encountered in a jewelry shop. He repaired my chain and bracelet at a fair price. He takes the mask requirement quite seriously, and honestly, you'd understand if you lost someone to this pandemic. It's a small price to pay for quality work.
